The great service of INCREDIBLE *******ION.

Bought 2 Canon G3010 printers in June 2018 paid a whopping R7500 at the time. Last week the one printer started to give ink problems on the black ink i contacted "Incredible *******ion" and they requested that i return the faulty printer to the closest branch which i did on thursday last week. This morning i went to pick up the "repaired printer" the technician printed a test page for me but when i got back to my offices about 60km away I hooked up the printer and after only printing 3 pages it started to give me the same problem (Black ink not Printing) I called the technician and complained again now the unit must be returned to have it serviced again. In the meantime i have no printer to continue my work as I already sold my previous printers. This the fact that i have to pay others to do my printing, including the up and down travelling is costing me a fortune. So much for "customer service" the customer is only king until he pays for something then he is nothing go figure...........
