THANKS FOR NOTHING INCREDIBLE CONNECTION ROSEBANK

<p>I bought a Body Glove iPhone 7 Tempared screensguard from Incredible Connection Rosebank Mall On Saturday along with a other products. No one at the store offered to put it on for me and when I realised I had already left Rosebank so I went to Mall Of Africa branch to have it fitted the following day Sunday. </p> <p>On Tuesday the screenguard got a chip on it, Lord knows how because I it was was never dropped or misused in anyway. Now how is that after only three days useage this happenes? I called the Rosebank Store and spoke to DJ who was firstly reluctent to hear me out and later said I could come to the store to have it replaced. I went to the store today and the manager said he would not replace it because it is wear and tear? In 3 Days??</p> <p>Manager was very ****y pointing out that he too has an iphone 7 with a screenguard and its fine. I asked him to remove it, then he says he does not recommend I do that cause the screen won't be protected. So I reckon its better to have a faulty product on my screen thats just not going to provide the protection required for my phone is. To show how flimsy the thing is, it shattered when he removed it by hand. I will be buying another screen guard elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Incredible Connection.</p>
