TERRRRRRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

I placed an order 5 March 2020, PAID my order 5 March 2020. Now going on 4 business days later absolutely nothing is happening. I have tried your useless call center and seems that the fact that their supervisor was in a accident and wont be back for 2 months - they do not care whatsoever to attend to clients. I spoke to Brandon and a lady - both dropped the call. They have not intentions to assist me whatsoever. So going through all the reviews it seems this is standard practice for this company!!!
