Terrible terrible terrible

Incredible Connection Eastgate . Absolutely Terrible !! No customer service. The phone we got was faulty first of all , we took it back 6 days after purchase. No interest from staff whatsoever . No effort. We were about to cancel the contract, but decided against it as they are to swop the phone for a brand new one. We went in to collect , and they "forgot" about us , forgot to serve us, knowing that we are there. This coming from the manager herself . Absolutely horrific. Would not recommend at all !!!!! Highly disappointed, still no new phone !!!!!!
