Terrible Technical Department.

Actually they deserve Zero(0) I bought a Mecer Fundi 2 in 1 tablet in December 2019 from Mall of Africa Incredible Connection. This was for my son's school work The laptop started having problems, from excessive heating to not turning on. I took it to Mall of Africa Incredible Connection for repair since the laptop is under warranty. They said it will take about 14 workingvdays which is upsetting. My has been doing online schooling and now has to write exams using the laptop. I have called Mall of Africa Increduble connection , Technical Department (if you are lucky to have your call answered. I was told " We will call you" for 3 days consecutive but no one calls back. I urge everyone not to consider Mall of Africa Incredible Connection after care service because they are a *******.
