Terrible, shocking service

Absolutely Terrible Service, probably the worst i ever received.

on 19 March i ordered a PS4 online for the price of R3999.99

i did a click and collect option so money has left my account which concluded the sale.

i then called the store to go and collect they then told me that the order wont be fulfilled and i must now go and call their online department to query this as the price was incorrect.

i called the department and they were just as confused as me, and have since logged a complaint to which i have received no phone call or anything for that matter, so its now going on almost 48 hours that i have been our of pocket for R4000 and have not yet received any proper feedback.

either give me the PS4 or give me my money back so i can take my business elsewhere.
