TERRIBLE SERVICE - NO DELIVERY - NO COMMUNICATION

Do not use online ordering with Incredible Connection as I did on Sunday 16th February. Received confirmation of order, delivery estimated at 2-5 days. Tracking service in unresponsive, phoned several times since Wednesday and was advised they would follow up and comeback to me and I have yet to hear back from anyone, even after calling the ***Customer Service number with no result.

Can ANYONE advise as to what is happening with my order??
