Terrible Service - No communication and misinformation

I placed 2 orders on the 11th of May 2020. Spent R40000! 2 days later i went to track my order only to discover both showed they had been delivered. They had not been Delivered!!!!!! I tried all available methods to contact Incredible to get feedback. Nothing! No response! Finally chatted to Howard through the online chat, who was extremely unhelpful. Final answer from him was - "I'm going to log a complaint" and then ended the chat. I understand you are very busy but that is no excuse for bad communication. I just want an idea that my order is still on its way and that I have not lost R40K.
