Terrible service Incredible connection in Cavendish

Went to purchase a product I asked them if they can set it up for the guy said they don't have Wi-Fi at the store So I took it anyways I went to to pay this girl took the payment then gave me a receipt without my item bring on the plastic I asked her why is my item not in the plastic then she said we don't have plastic bags so I said can u refund my money back plz went to the bag nd came back with a huge plastic nd she said I must pay R7.50 said it's not my fault that you don't have the normal bag so why do I have to pay R7.50 I can lay for the normal bag. So I said refund my money she did that still today my money is not reflecting in my bank account
