Terrible service from Incredible connection - Mall of Africa

Good day, I am incredibly unhappy and disappointed with the service received from your store at the mall of Africa. The salesman sold me a Cannon printer that was previously used, hardly any ink in it and the printer is faulty. I originally went in to by an HP printer but the salesman advised that there is no stock of printers, ink cartridges for any of the model's that I chose .My invoice was printed incorrectly and when I asked Zanele to correct the customer name,she said she couldn't and the store doors was closed before I could even leave the store. I needed this printer for important business work which I can not complete. This kind of service has lost me alot of money and time.
