Terrible service from incredible connection

Terrible service! Never order anything from them online. Ordered a computer to be told a few days later there were none in stock. They managed to organise one in a different colour. Was told they would cancel my order and redo the order for the new item but someone would contact me. No one contacted me and I tried calling the number I was given and no one picks up no matter how many time you try. Eventually made a complaint at customer services and I get a phone call later that evening. I am told that the item is there and they can’t understand why it hasn’t been sent. The next day I get a call to say that the courier will be fetching it and here is the tracking number. The tracking number can’t be found. Call the store again and ask for the manager, they put me through and no one answers. Call again and they put me through and no one answers. Eventually I ask them to go call the manager to this phone and I wait nearly 5 mins and decide to call again. I speak to someone who has no idea what’s going on and basically have to retell the story once again. I ordered the computer on the 28 April 2023 and it’s now the 15 May 2023 and I have still not received it. I can not run my business without this item! Terrible service
