Terrible service from Incredible Connection

I am highly disappointed in Incredible connections service. Last week Sunday I placed an order for a Garmin forrunner 45 by which they took my order,my order said shipped and took my money aswell. Needless to say on Monday and Tuesday I phoned them to find out when it will be delivered to me they said between 2 to 5 days. On Wednesday a guy phoned me to tell me there is no stock. No stock but they carried on advertising the watch. So I asked for a refund to go buy another special on takealot which the upgrade of the 45 is on special. When I asked when I can get my refund they said between 7 to 14 days. I didn't return anything so it shouldn't take so long,my husband is in retail. We emailed the manager and not even the manager has responded. Now it is weekend and still I haven't received my money and now we must miss out on a good deal because of there bad service. We've supported them with buying so much from them over the years ,but after this bad service I will definitely not again. Quick to take my money and stating shipped but can't do a refund. I am very,very disappointed and don't think I've ever been this disappointed.
