Terrible service from Incredible Connection

I have ordered a product online from Incredible Connection 6 days ago and there has been no movement on the order since. I have contacted customer service 3 times and all I get are feeble excuses and no clear indication on when my item will be delivered. Their service promise is free delivery within 2-5 working days. Unacceptable service delivery!!!
