Terrible service from Incredible Connection

I ordered 2 Sound Bars on the 9th of December, only 1 was delivered. I still dont have the 2nd Sound Bar and not even an email or phone call expliaining as to why. Terrible service from incredible connection. I want my sound bar or a refund.
