TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Ordered and paid for a TV online on 5th June 2025. Delivery promised in 2-5 working days. After 5 days it didn't arrive - phoned call centre and told it would be delivered "2morrow". No delivery - phoned again and was told same story. No delivery - phoned again and was told that there was no record noted of my previouis phone calls and that the TV's location could not be located. They would have to ask the Joburg Warehouse to find out what is going on - rfeceived an e-mail confirming my complaint. Told I would be contacted within 24 hours..... no contact and no TV delivered..... still waiting for something to happen!!!!!
