TERRIBLE SERVICE

My wife app**** for a contract at Incredible connection at Mall Of the North in polokwane on Wednesday the 23 Nov took in all documents, then there was 110 excuses and problems from systems that doesn’t want to load, to loadshedding to Vodacom’s system that is not available so on and so on! Thursday 24 Nov had to spend 3 hours in the shop just to tell me there is another problem, send me away, consultant promised to phone and keep us up to date that never happened, always had to phone in to find out what’s happening, friday also spend 2 hours in the shop with systems not working, always excuses! Send me away again! Took them 3 days to get contract approval on vodacom! Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE! I promised myself that I’ll never NEVER put my foot inside a incredible connection again! By the way the branch manager of IC mall of the north is more outside his shop then inside! Maybe if there’s proper management problems will be solved! TERRIBLE Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish could give a 0 rating instead of a 1!
