Terrible service

I have booked in my Redragon Gaming Headset, that I bought from the Garden Route branch, on the 27th of Feb.

I was told that the repair will take about 2 to 3 weeks from the day it was booked in. To this day, I have not gotten an email nor phone stating whether it is fixed or not.

I do not expect the headset back nor a phone call nor an email. I want a refund into my bank account now!!

I suggest to buy from anywhere but Incredible Connection.
