Terrible Service

Terrible service at the Greenstone branch. Tried to get a contract and had to keep coming back because their system was offline. The third time I go to the store and they say I need to forward more documents, which they did not inform me of the first time. Left work early to get to the branch with the hope that it will be fine, only to sit for an hour with them rambling around trying to get the contract finalized and still no hope. Literally typing this whilst sitting and waiting. Total shock!
