TERRIBLE SERVICE BY TOUFIEQT MANAGER INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Terrible Service by the Manager Toufieqt at Clearwater Mall. I called him on the 2/2/2020, he gave me his email so that I can send him a copy of my warranty. I called him back on that day he confirmed he received my email and that he was going to send my PC to the technicians to FIX the PC. I called the store on the 10/03/2020 to ask if I can collect the PC since their waiting period is 21 DAYS, No one gave me an answer. I called again on 11/03/2020 spoke to the technician he said my PC is still in the shop they are waiting for me to send the warranty. When I ask for the manager they put me to the very same person who was supposed to send the warranty to the technician. When I asked him if he sent the warranty he said he is not sure. He did not apologize to me, he did not give me any feed back and he is also accusing me of being a ****. He wants to shift the blame to his staff. What a shame, I feel sorry for his staff....
