Terrible service at Incredible Connection Rosebank

I had a terrible experience at the Rosebank branch this past Saturday. I took in a laptop charger (still on warrantee) that had broken, and was informed by the Technician and the Manager that they could not replace it because I had damaged the charger. When I explained that the charger had simply broken by itself because of poor quality, the Manager insisted that I had broken it. It was incredibly frustrating and insulting because they were in effect accusing me of breaking the charger and now trying to take chances for a new one. Never putting a foot in any Incredible shop ever again.
