TERRIBLE SERVICE at Incredible Connection

In 2019, I went to Incredible Connection in Menlyn Mall. I bought an HP laptop (brand new). Within a few months, the laptop completely shut down for no apparent reason. I had to rush to the store to get it repaired. They have a 3 year warranty, so any problems- they are supposed to fix. After that one incident, almost every month I had to go back for damages on the laptop- the motherboard was damaged, the keys stopped working, it was unable to connect to wifi AND even though the laptop was a few months old, it took FOREVER just to do basic things, such as switch on, clicking a button, typing a sentence. I was tired of having to driving all the way so often and asked them to give me a new laptop (that is also part of their policy). Instead, the MANAGER had the audacity to accuse me of damaging the laptop with the intent of getting a new one. I tried to have a logical conversation with him, but he just walked away with those horrible accusations. Even today, I have difficulties doing the most basic things that even an old laptop should be able to do perfectly. I used my savings to get this laptop and now I'm always stuck with this piece of sh*t, until I can afford to get a decent one. The quality of Incredible Connection's services and products are ATROCIOUS. I will never visit that store again.
