Terrible service and no delivery updates

I’m extremely disappointed with Incredible Connection. I ordered a TV last week Monday morning, and was clearly told it would be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. It’s now Monday, and the order still hasn’t even been picked up, let alone delivered.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable. There’s been no communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency. For a big company like Incredible Connection, I expected professionalism instead, I got silence and delays.
