Terrible service and inaccurate delivery date

What didn't go wrong would be a better question. I bought an HP laptop on the 27th of May. It still has not been delivered. The support simply closes the chat because they can't provide feedback on your complaint. The tracking on the website does not work. The delivery that was passed on to Aramex has been delayed multiple times. The support who emailed me on the 30th to advise I would receive feedback, has not provided any update or feedback. I will never buy ANYTHING from Incredible *******ion ever again. The deliver says 2 to 5 days, when in fact it will be twice as long. Do not buy anything from this retailer.
