Terrible service and complete lack of care from Incredible Connection.

<p>I enquired about spare parts (Battery and Charger) for a top-end (read rather expensive) notebook I purchased from Incredible Connection (Less than a year ago). I struggled to get any reply from them whatsoever, initially having to enquire multiple times on various communication channels (I even tried phoning).</p> <p> </p> <p>After some struggling I eventually got a reply from someone who promptly gave me pricing for the parts, but when I later wanted to place the order no-one cared to reply again. I first got a reply from Stefan Coetzer (email ********** with the price for the parts on 23 June, I have since sent multiple follow up emails, but I received no replies whatsoever.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed about the level of support and service from Incredible Connection. Very unpleasant dealing with you! Definitely not worth the name "Incredible" Connection.</p>
