Terrible Service

The experience I received from incredible connection is beyond horrible. I ordered a set of skullcandy airpods online on the 31st of May. They were being shipped from Umtata and I gave them an allowance for about a week. 2 weeks later, the shipment still hasnt arrived, there's no communication from incredible connection. I lodged a complaint which never got prioritized because I had to personally contact their delivery services (Skynet). Fast foward after 2 weeks of waiting I am told the parcel has been returned back to Umtata. How and why??? I have obsoletely no idea. At this point my patience has run out and I am beyond frustrated.
