Terrible Service

The service at Incredible Connection is absolutely terrible. After almost two months of waiting for a pair of headphones to be delivered and trying to get through to the call centre (over 15 minute wait every time I called), I have had to cancel my order. I desperately need headphones for online learning and studies but the unhelpful staff and huge delay have left me with no other option than to look elsewhere.
