Terrible Service

The East Rand Mall branch has the worst ever service. My sister-in-law bought my son a laptop there, it was a hassle to get the office 360 installed, even though it was included in the Mecer package. I had to go back twice till I got it, yet I was not even offered a software installation discount for the inconvenience, petrol is not free. I went to go get ink cartridges for his printer, their system was not working, they eventually did the sale manually, without an apology, even though I was waiting over 10min. They need to learn the importance of customer service, and good branch management.
