TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Ordered a dishwasher, arrived almost 2 weeks after I ordered! The courier service JD Group that delivered was terrible! Never experienced a courier company that deliver as they did! My dishwasher was completely damaged! Next morning I phoned incredible connection to please come and fetch it and send me a new one. I am still waiting for them to come and collect it and it is almost a week now! Doubt I will get a new one before end of this year! I will never ever buy something from Incredible conmection again!
