Terrible service

Terrible experience with SkyNet and Incredible Connection. My parcel status keeps changing depending on who I speak to one says out for delivery, another sends a general delay message. This shows poor internal communication and unreliable tracking. The responses I received were generic, unclear, and not helpful. Imagine being left in the dark about something I paid for. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend either of the companies based on this experience.
