Terrible service

The customer service was terrible as I received the wrong product, which required me to visit the Ferndale branch to rectify the issue. Nomvelo assured me that I would receive a refund since the item I purchased was out of stock. However, it has now been two months since my order, and despite initially dealing with Pheladi from customer service, she has stopped responding to my requests for assistance. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to get anyone to help me with this issue.
