Terrible service

Worst service ever. The customer service agent gave me poor service. I’ve sent an email to the customer service inbox they not bothered to revert back. Booked in my sons tablet to be fixed, they giving me a quote for R4200 for an item that was bought for R900 at their Maponya Mall branch
