Terrible service

Terrible service. Waiting 6weeks for a laptop repair under their extended warranty and after numerous calls now u get told to log a complaint in their complaints line and have a cheek to offer an alternative option to help me by offering that I guy a new laptop and then I can return it once I get repaired laptop back!! Already bought a laptop where must u get money to purchase another one, how does that benefit me?? I will never buy or recommend them to anyone ever again.
