Terrible service

Terrible service from shop in Secunda Mall, as well as their team helping on Facebook messenger. Bought a Fitbit watch from them, stopped working after 6 months, gave it in for repairs, after 21 working days still NO feedback! I want my money back for this shocking service!!!
