Terrible service

I ordered a television and cancelled the order when they were still verifying my ID, but the order was still delivered to me. I contacted them on all platforms trying to cancel my order and get my money back, but its been 18 days and the customer care agents are still waiting for the warehouse to send them the cancellation documents.
