terrible service

<p>Incredible connection Kolonade Pretoria has the worst service I have received from an incredible connection store.</p> <p>I booked my camera in to be fixed.This was the 19th of November.I waiting upon a response from them as they said they will phone before working on it once they sent it through to get further permission and they haven't done so.I have tried phoning since Monday they don't pic uo their phones.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was in a meeting now this woman phones me after I requested after finally getting through to them on Wednesday today.She tell me to call her as she is busy.I specified a time for her to call me she doesn't and when I get out the meeting to phone back they still don't pick up the telephone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your stores should be closed if this is 6 he kind of pathetic service you give.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your team should go for customer service delivery</p>
