Terrible service

I bought a laptop from them that arrived with a damaged screen. Contacted them immediately and was prommed to be contacted a little later. This never happened. Its now 5 working days later and after several emails (never answered) and several phone calls where I was told that I would be contacted by someone which never happened. I still sit with the faulty product with no indication of when or if a new one will arrive! Seeing the Hello Peter reviews of Incredible Connection I see I am far from the only one.
