TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have laid a complaint on their site as well. Lets see if there will be any response. So about 3 weeks ago I went to Incredible connection Tygervalley and wanted to upgrade my laptop contract with Vodacom. The consultant said that they unfortunately dont have the modem that comes with the hp laptop but she will keep one aside for me and then once they've received modem we can collect. She said i should not upgrade yet but only once they have received stock. Which she said would take 3 days. 3 weeks later they phoned my husband stating that we have to pay more for the contract where in fact she said dont worry it will be the same. This is ridiculous!!!!!
