TERRIBLE SERVICE

I handed in laptop for service on 22 February 2016 (JC***), to Zandile Mathipa and was informed of a turn around time of 10-15 working days. Its now been 39 working days and still have not received my laptop. Forget not receiving my laptop, not a single person called me in 39 days to provide me with an update. I have called 3 times as well as went into the store to follow up. Every single time I was told that a follow up with the supplier needs to be done and someone will call me back. As mentioned above, I have never received a phone call. In addition to this, every time I call to follow up on my laptop, I can never speak to Zandile. She is either not at work, has \just\" stepped out for lunch or she hands the phone to someone else to speak to me after I have given her the job number. This is not the kind of service that I expect to receive from your brand and will most definitely be the last time I ever buy anything from Incredible connection."
