Terrible service

I bought a Lenovo Flex 5 in June 2023 from incredible connection, within a month a clip broke of and has damaged the laptop. Lenovo does not want to fix it since that specific makes been out of warranty since March 2023, I paid extra for an extended warranty with incredible connection but they refused to even assist me. My laptop has been with incredible connection sins August, they did not even inform me I need to collect it.
