Terrible refund service

I bought a phone online for my brother in October 2018 and he had issues with it since it didn't take 2 SIM cards as advertised. We returned the phone eventually and since then I've battled to get my refund. I've had online chats, emailed, called and to date have not received my refund. I've given my bank details over the phone and emailed them but still no refund. I suspect someone has decided to pay themselves with my refund of R1399 and none is holding any staff member accountable.

To think I bought the replacement from them as they promised to pay the funds at the beginning of November. We are now in December clearly I will not be getting my money back.

Disgusting service truly.
