Terrible online store

<p>Three weeks ago I placed an online delivery for one cord and paid and additional amount for the next day delivery.<br />its been three weeks , one complaint email , four various calls and several promises to deliver my item. The usual time it 5-6 working days, but my order was sent to the incorrect person then it would be delivered last week Friday. Then it would be delivered today. Incredible connection your online store sucks. I was offered a voucher for the R150 But why would I want to shop at this useless store. I literally paid R600 for a computer cord and have nothing to show for it. I am tired of excuses. I want a full refund , I'm going to tell everyone to avoid this store you have better luck shopping on eBay!!</p>
