Terrible Online Shopping Experience

<p>Made a purchase online, order status was updated almost 2 weeks ago but still have not yet received anything. I have tried to make contact with customer service but absolutely no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will definitely not be making any online purchases with Incredible again soon.</p>
