Terrible online services. Stay away.

I wish I had read these complaints before purchasing a product from these people. I ordered a phone online weeks ago and still haven't received it. I tried to cancel the order twice so I could go and buy the phone at the store and they won't respond to my emails. I phoned them numerous times and they keep giving me the runaround. I currently don't have a phone because of these ****ers.
