Terrible Online Service

Really disappointed with Incredible Connection’s online service. I bought a UPS online using their click and collect option. I waited days before they’re tracking system updated for me to go collect but it didn’t so I contact them via WhatsApp, I was told by an agent that my order was ready for collection so I drove to the store only to be told that they are reserving the only UPS they have for another customer.
