Terrible on line ordering and no support! Don't use IC for your tech needs! I purchased a R26000 GPU, it was overheating from the onset, i logged it immediately. Took a week for me to get a call to ask for the serial. I responded and was then asked if the unit is in store to be tested. I said its in the first 3 weeks of purchase, if they want to take it, i want another unit or a refund. Another week later and no feedback.
