Worst customer service ever! Incredible Connection Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. If you are thinking of taking your printer in to get fixed, think again. Store Manager Ronaldo also promised to call us with updates, nothing! I had to call back after I went to the store to find out how long they will still take with our printer. It's 2 months later. Printer not fixed and they keep on telling us they are waiting for a quote. First they packed the printer into a wrong box to go to Epson Printers, now this. Terrible service! 2 months later and they are still sitting with our printer.
