TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!

App**** for credit and not only was it an absolute mission to get the product I wanted but the excuses coming from all directions, including management, was absolutely pathetic. The customer services is extremely poor and their systems are outdated and unreliable. I went into the branch in Clearwater Mall, not only did I have to go in twice because of their slow system but I waited 5 days after and received endless calls from their Finance department and still nothing was resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable and so ridiculous. One star is still far too much to rate them.
