Terrible Customer Service

You need to seriously review the staff that you employ at the Value Centre Springfield store. This was my 3rd visit and I was just as unimpressed as my previous 2 visits.<br> The staff make absolutely no attempt to assist you. They all just stand around talking, listening to the obscenely loud music and when you do finally approach them they look at you as if you're interrupting them. <br> They also have no idea about stock availability and look at you as if you're stupid and don't know what you're talking about. <br> No attempt at even making a sale, offering alternatives, checking to see if they can get stock for you...nothing. They are rude and unhelpful. <br> I honestly cannot get over their lack of good customer service. Worst experiences ever.
