Terrible Customer Service

My order has been in the couriers possession since August 28,2023. It is currently September 4th and no communication, when I contact incredible connection they tell me they'll log a complaint. I don't want to log a complaint I want my order delivered. I need the whereabouts of my delivery. The customer service agents are so rude and have no business working in customer service or people overall.
