Terrible customer service

Bought an IPhone 6 at the Diamond Pavilion store in Kimberley yesterday. When I arrived at home the phone didn’t switch on.

Today I took it back to the store and was rudely told that the phone had to be taken in for repairs. I then asked how can they repair a newly unused phone.

I requested an exchange or a refund. The lady and gentleman that was assisting us was not friendly and very rude.

I’ll never set my foot in any Incredible Connection store.
